Stravecchio by Fiemme - Caseificio Sociale Val di Fiemme

A traditional cheese, made from raw milk with the separate milk of the two milkings: skimmed milk in the evening and whole milk in the morning. Maturation beyond 24 months allows a concentration of flavours and an exaltation of the unique aromas of this product. During the maturing process, the surface of the cheeses is washed with grape-seed oil, which makes this extravecchio even more interesting overall.
