The Val di Fiemme Social Dairy is a cooperative which bases its ten-year activity (more than half a century of history) on the production of high quality cow and goat cheeses, obtained using natural and traditional processing and maturing methods.

It is part of the Cheese Route of the Dolomites, and of the Tradition and Taste project of the APT Val di Fiemme, which brings together the best zero-kilometer businesses in the area.

The dairy products are absolutely genuine, as the raw material must be absolutely controlled and that is why the members of the dairy (more than eighty) must comply with strict regulations, both internal and consortium, which provide for example the use of strictly GMO-free feed selected and authorized in advance by CONCAST (Consortium of the Social Dairies of Trentino) for the feeding of their livestock.

Even during the production and seasoning phase, the commitment is maximum: in fact, in the various phases we try to maintain maximum craftsmanship and only natural methods are used, excluding the help of any type of preservative or coloring.

The range of products is very wide and has more than forty references, from the dairy and fresh line (Fresca Fiemme) to the range of cheeses with different ages: from fresh to ultra-aged, where the use of both raw milk and the pasteurized one, combined with the experience of the master cheesemakers allows to offer the consumer the maximum possible choice, among innumerable combinations of textures, flavors and aromas.
