Description
The 1 kg pack of “Carnaroli” rice is an Italian variety, created in 1945 from two varieties that were likely already being grown in the 19th century: Lencino and Vialone (not the Vialone nano of today), and is considered the king of rice.
Ideal for risottos that are not overly creamy, where the grains must remain distinct, but it can also be used in all haute cuisine and pastry preparations.
The product has no restrictions on use and is suitable for consumption by people with coeliac disease.
