Description
The Carnaroli Gran Riserva 12–18 Months 1 kg pack is a rice that is aged from the moment of harvest until processing for a minimum of 12 months and up to a maximum of 18 months.
This ageing process allows the rice grains to develop a unique flavour, a greater ability to absorb seasonings and improved texture (resistance) during cooking, making it unrivalled and further enhancing one of the characteristics that make the Carnaroli variety the best in the world for cooking risotto.
The product has no restrictions on use and is suitable for consumption by people with coeliac disease.
