The Corn Flour from the Riso e Rane Rural District is made by grinding “Nostrano di Morimondo” corn, which, processed in the finest traditional manner, produces a flour with a unique, traditional flavour.

Cooking instructions
We recommend using 4 litres of water and two tablespoons of coarse salt per 1 kg of flour. Bring the water to the boil and add salt. Slowly pour in the flour, stirring continuously to prevent lumps from forming. Cook for 30–40 minutes.
