The Ethnographic Museum of Rochemolles in Susa Valley comprises in its exhibition the old village mill site on the right bank of the torrent Rochemolles and active until 1961. The structure, a horizontal wheel, put in motion two millstones, one for beans and oats and one for rye. In its interior is guarded also a mechanical sieve, said Barité. At the entrance of the town, next to the mill, are located the tub, the grinding wheel and the spindle of a classical from hemp. The mill has been recently recovered by the Consorzio Agricultural Rochemolles.
