The Ca’ Rossa Experience: from vineyard to glass

Set amongst the hills of Bertinoro, Massimo of Fattoria Ca’ Rossa opens the doors to his winery for an authentic experience dedicated to lovers of wine and the genuine flavours of Romagna.

The guided tour will take you through the vineyards and the cellar, discovering our history, production techniques and the ancient tradition that brings our wines to life. Along the way, you can also admire the last Albana vine planted in 1935, the oldest in the region, a symbol of a deep connection with the land.

This is followed by a guided tasting of three selected wines, chosen to convey the soul of our winery through the different aromas, colours and emotions in each glass. These are paired with crostini drizzled with our extra virgin olive oil, local cold cuts and cheeses, for an experience rich in flavour and conviviality.

Tours take place from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, at 4.00 pm.

Minimum 2 people – maximum 18 participants.
