Description
Caprino Cavalese Dolce is a goat’s cheese with a delicate and harmonious flavour, made from selected pasteurised goat’s milk. Its careful production and short maturation period preserve all the freshness and natural sweetness of the goat’s milk, making it particularly popular even with those trying goat’s cheese for the first time.
Its soft, firm texture, combined with a balanced and slightly sweet flavour, makes it a versatile product suitable for a wide range of occasions.

Tasting Notes
When cut, it reveals a uniform, compact paste of a light colour. The nose reveals delicate milky aromas and light herbaceous notes typical of goat’s milk. On the palate, it is soft, balanced and pleasantly sweet, with an elegant, never overpowering finish.
Pairings
Perfect on its own, it pairs beautifully with rustic bread, wildflower honey, fruit jams, grilled vegetables and fresh salads. It is also excellent when served with aromatic white wines, classic method sparkling wines and delicate rosés.
Storage
Store in the fridge at between 4°C and 8°C. We recommend bringing it to room temperature about 30 minutes before tasting to best appreciate its aromas and texture.
