1935 Ultima Passito
A rare Albana passito made from the last vines planted in 1935. It offers intensity, elegance and extraordinary aromatic richness. 1935 Ultima Macerato and 1935 Ultima Passito are produced alternately, depending on the weather conditions and the quality of the grapes
Description
1935 Ultima Passito is made from Albana grapes grown on the last vine planted in 1935, a unique piece of historical and viticultural heritage that continues to offer extraordinary experiences to this day.
The long maceration of 60 days in contact with the pomace gives the wine an intense, deep character, incredibly rich in nuances. Albana, the only white grape naturally endowed with tannins, provides structure, personality and an extraordinary aromatic complexity that makes this passito unique in its kind.
In the glass, it reveals enveloping aromas of honey, dried apricot, candied fruit, dates and delicate spicy notes that blend into a rare elegance. On the palate, it is soft, velvety and persistent, with an extraordinary aromatic intensity balanced by freshness and harmony. Every sip tells the story of time, patience and the authentic soul of a historic vine.
A unique meditation passito, produced in just 250–300 bottles, ideal for pairing with mature cheeses, desserts or special moments to be savoured slowly.
