Mufit
A dry wine made from botrytised Malvasia and Albana grapes. Intense, aromatic and surprisingly versatile with food.
Description
Mufit is a fine and captivating wine born from the blend of botrytised Malvasia and Albana grapes, where noble rot helps to develop aromatic complexity, concentration and elegance without compromising on freshness and balance.
On the nose, it releases intense aromas of ripe fruit, candied citrus, honey, aromatic herbs and delicate spicy notes. On the palate, it surprises with its structure, aromatic richness and remarkable persistence, supported by a pleasant savouriness that enhances its character.
It surprises with its food pairings: as well as complementing mature and blue cheeses, it pairs magnificently with savoury cold cuts and cured meats, creating a refined balance between aroma, savouriness and structure.
An original and complex wine, capable of combining elegance, personality and great gastronomic versatility.
