Description
Placidia Nobile is a meditation wine of extraordinary elegance, made from selected botrytised Albana grapes. The presence of noble rot naturally concentrates sugars, aromas and noble compounds within the berries, resulting in an intense, complex and deeply captivating wine.
Every sip reveals the richness of meticulous craftsmanship and exceptional raw materials, expressing aromatic depth, balance and a long finish.
Tasting Notes
In the glass, it appears bright and intense, with a rich colour that hints at its aromatic complexity.
The bouquet is broad and enveloping, dominated by elegant notes of ripe apricot, honey, candied fruit and spicy nuances that intertwine harmoniously.
On the palate, it captivates with its velvety smoothness, underpinned by a pleasant freshness that perfectly balances the sweetness. The finish is long, refined and rich in aromatic notes.
