708 km Cembrani Bianco
A fine, full-bodied wine with notes of white flowers, tropical fruit and peach
Description
708 km Cembrani Bianco – IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti is a wine that captures the true spirit of the Cembra Valley, a unique area of Trentino characterised by mountain vineyards, significant daily temperature variations, and the iconic 708 kilometres of dry stone walls that shape the landscape.
Born from the collaboration of producers associated with the Cembrani DOC, this prestigious blend combines the aromatic character of Müller Thurgau (60%) with the mineral elegance of Riesling (40%), perfectly expressing the valley’s unique soil and climate. Each winery contributes the finest grapes from its own vineyards, creating a cuvée that represents the excellence of the region and the perfect synthesis of tradition and innovation.
Terroir and Vineyards
The grapes come from the finest vineyards in the Cembra Valley, situated between 550 and 780 metres above sea level in the municipalities of Cembra and Giovo.
The porphyritic and calcareous soils, the south-east exposure and the continental climate characterised by significant daily temperature variations favour the production of grapes with extraordinary aromatic richness and marked minerality.
Vinification
The grapes undergo soft pressing and are vinified as white wine at a controlled temperature. Maturation and ageing take place exclusively in stainless steel, preserving freshness, aromatic character and terroir identity.
