The Strada della Forra is a real jewel, nestled in the bowels of the mountain, along the cleft dug by the Brasa torrent.
Those who look from the lake at the houses of Pieve lined up on the edge of the plateau wonder how a road can reach there. For centuries a steep path joined the port to the main town and, only in 1913, on a project by Arturo Cozzaglio and on the initiative of Don Giacomo Zanini, parish priest in Vesio, the present road was built.
Walking along it you can admire the folds of the rock that like the coils of a snake envelop the infernal cavern, while the stream, squeezed between the jaws, grumbles its anger.
