The Sannio Caudino National Archaeological Museum houses important artifacts from the centers (first Samnite, then Roman) of Caudium (Montesarchio), Saticula (Sant’Agata dei Goti) and Telesia (San Salvatore Telesino). The museum also hosts the exhibition “Imaginary Red.

The Tale of the Vases of Caudium,” which offers a journey into the fascinating world of images painted on Greek- and Italiot-produced craters found in the necropolis of Montesarchio through the narration of stories, myths and heroes.
