Chiusa-Klausen

The medieval village of Chiusa with its narrow alleys is characterized by a typical South Tyrolean atmosphere, and is dominated by the fortress of Sabiona with the convent of the same name, one of the first pilgrimage destinations in Tyrol. The crenellated facades of the buildings, the large bay windows, the coats of arms of the inns will fascinate those who want to get lost in its narrow alleys, which find their breath only near the two main squares, that of the church and Piazza Tinne.
