Description
Podere Francesco Food Seasoning is produced through the natural fermentation of Lambrusco grape musts, which are slowly cooked in the open air. The product is then aged in small barrels made from various types of wood (oak, cherry, mulberry and chestnut), and left to mature for a period of no less than 7 years. Sweet and sour on fruit, tantalising on fresh cheeses, intense on vegetables, robust on traditional dishes.
