Vernazza in the Vineyard

On Sunday 19 July 2026, the village of Vernazza, in the heart of the Cinque Terre, will host Vernazza in the Vineyard, an event dedicated to promoting the famous heroic viticulture of Liguria and the region’s finest wines.

From 7.30 pm, between Via Roma and Piazza Marconi, visitors can embark on a fascinating tasting journey to discover the wines of the Cinque Terre, meeting the producers in person who, with passion and dedication, cultivate the vineyards on the steep terraces overlooking the sea.

The 2026 edition will feature 19 local wineries, taking centre stage at an evening event that will offer an up-close look at the daily work of the winegrowers and the characteristics of these unique wines, the result of one of Italy’s most spectacular and demanding agricultural practices.

The tastings will be accompanied by in-depth sessions exploring wine culture, stories of ‘heroic’ viticulture, live music and entertainment, all in an atmosphere that will make Vernazza’s historic centre even more enchanting.
