Food and Wine Trail 2026
Event description
On Saturday 25 July 2026, from 7.30 pm, the historic centre of Cercemaggiore will host the Food and Wine Trail, an event dedicated to the authentic flavours of Molise, inviting residents and visitors alike to enjoy a pleasant evening of good food, wine and live music. The event, organised as part of the second edition of Sapori a Mille mt, offers a gastronomic itinerary designed to showcase the region’s finest produce and help visitors discover the village through a convivial experience as they stroll through its streets.
Participants will be able to sample a sumptuous menu comprising seven tasting dishes, accompanied by three glasses of wine carefully selected and a final digestif, on a journey that celebrates the local culinary tradition and the quality of the region’s produce. Each stop offers an opportunity to savour recipes and produce that reflect Molise’s gastronomic culture, in a welcoming and convivial atmosphere.
The evening will be accompanied by musical performances from Il Duo Cane and Alessio in Sax, whose live performances will make the stroll through the streets of the historic centre even more enchanting. The music will provide the soundtrack to an event that brings together culinary delights, entertainment and the celebration of local heritage, offering visitors the chance to experience Cercemaggiore in an authentic and engaging way.
The Food and Wine Trail is much more than a simple tasting: it is an opportunity to meet producers, discover local traditions and be charmed by the hospitality of a village that has preserved the charm of its history intact. With glasses of wine, culinary specialities and live music, the event offers an evening dedicated to sharing and the pleasure of being together, confirming its status as one of the most eagerly awaited events of the summer in Cercemaggiore.
