Abruzzo

Abruzzo is a region rich in villages perched on the Apennine mountain range or nestled in the hills overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The lush greenery of the mountainous part blends with the sandy beaches and imposing promontories of the coast. In spite of the earthquakes that have struck the area in recent years, Abruzzo has preserved its rocky charm thanks to the constant dedication and great tenacity of its inhabitants, who are proud of their roots and the villages in which they live, such as Atri, Pescocostanzo, San Vito Chietino or Roccascalegna, real ‘postcards’ to be sent all over the world to invite tourists to visit unique and unmistakable places.
