The Necropolis is located near the Necropolis of Peschiera, on the opposite relief past the Maschiolo ditch.
The sepulchres can be dated to the period between the 7th and 1st centuries B.C. . They consist of a series of aligned dado tombs, among which the Casa tomb with portico stands out.
The roof of this tomb was decorated with statues of sphinxes and lions, and a side staircase provided access to a terrace.
The finds from the necropolis are now on display in the Tuscanian National Archaeological Museum.
