The Church of Our Lady of the Snow would be born as a chapel for the functions of the castle of San Donato and originally was dedicated to Saint Thomas Aquinas that according to local legend would have been stopped in the village. The church has a plant with a single nave concluded by a choir quadrilateral covered spider, according to a style that recalls those of the Churches of the mendicant orders of the XIV century.
Inside are preserved some frescoes: one, detached, is placed in the left wall of the choir and depicts the Madonna and Child between St Simeon and St Thaddeus dating back to 1413; the other preserves fragments between which the figure of the Madonna and is located within the main altar. More visible interventions are in Baroque style made in 1739 that comprise the main altar decorated with fake marble stucco and columns a spiral and two small portals to the sides of the arch of the choir.
