The Little Church of St. Helena stands majestically atop a hillock at 1532 meters, shrouded in dense forest that adds a touch of mystery and serenity to this sacred place. Located above San Pancrazio, it is a favorite destination for visitors to Val d’Ultimo.
First mentioned in 1338, the church has undergone numerous renovations over the centuries, keeping its historic charm intact. In 1698, it was consecrated by the Bishop of Trent. Of particular artistic interest are the neo-Romanesque altar and the striking Baroque statues, making the little church a jewel of art and spirituality.
