The Culinary Art Museum is housed in the movie thater of Polcenigo. This has been made possible as a result of important restorations of the structure. In the museum it is possible to admire the stages travelled over time by the chefs of the Alto Livenza zone, accompanied by documents, cookbooks, recipes, menus, tools and photos that bear witness to the commitment, the skill and creativity of our chefs and bring to light some of the most significant moments in their careers.
