The Castle of Salle of Caramanico Terme was erected around the XI century as a feud of the abbey of San Clemente in Casauria, became a stately residence only starting from the XVI century, with the passage to the Kingdom of Naples. Around the palace are visible the ruins of the village of Old Salle, destroyed by the earthquake of 1915. Hosts the borbonico medieval useum, with an exhibition of fabrics, weapons, instruments of torture, paintings, maps, sacred vestments, besides images both ancient and modern Salle.
