The buildings, with stone and brick vaults and arches, were the economic center of the village, which revolved around the processing of almonds and grapes. The ancient oven, made entirely of stone, still retains its beauty, as do the workshop and the millstone.
At the oven it is possible to watch the women of Borgo Nocille prepare and bake bread.
