Today at midnight: South Tyrol’s first alcohol-free Testival in Scena

On 28 March 2026, Scena will inaugurate the new season with an innovative event of great symbolic value: Oggi 0,0hne – South Tyrol’s first alcohol-free Testival.

From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., the Unterwirt Cultural Centre will become the beating heart of a day dedicated to conscious taste, discovering new beverage trends and a different – but no less engaging – way of enjoying aperitifs and conviviality.

Scena is sending a clear message: innovate while respecting quality, creating inclusive, modern opportunities for people to get together that are in tune with new lifestyles.

A festival dedicated to non-alcoholic flavours

Today, 0.0hne is not just an event, but a true sensory experience. The public will be able to explore a surprising universe of non-alcoholic beverages: from elegant sparkling teas to creative aperitifs, as well as new-generation dealcoholised wines and beers.

This is a rapidly growing sector that combines research, innovation and a focus on wellbeing. The tastings will allow visitors to discover complex aromas, refined balances and new interpretations of contemporary drinking, demonstrating that quality does not depend on alcohol content.

Music, street food and festival atmosphere

The typical atmosphere of major festivals will make the day even more exciting: live music, street food and entertainment will transform the Unterwirt Cultural Centre into a lively and dynamic meeting place.

The side programme includes a play and gaming area, an evocative silent disco and DJ sets by Phil:On and duverthemover, who will take the audience on a musical journey through contemporary rhythms and electronic vibrations.

The food corner will complete the experience with gastronomic offerings designed to enhance the pairing with non-alcoholic beverages, creating a harmonious dialogue between flavours and creativity.

Among the brands present are leading names in the beverage industry: Alpl, Freedl, Roner, Vinuci, Sparkling Rocco, No.Ah Drinks, Cantina Kurtatsch, House of Natural Taste, ZeMei Drinks, Birra Forst and many others.

This selection brings together local businesses and innovative producers, ready to talk about their creations and engage directly with the public. The Testival thus also becomes a space for dialogue between producers, industry professionals and curious visitors.
