Every year, a few weeks before Christmas, the stores open to welcome visitors with handmade works of art, ceramics, handcrafted jewelry, Christmas decorations and many original creations signed by local artists and artisans. The scents of mulled wine, spiced cookies and cloves waft through the air, accompanying steps along the village’s cobblestone streets, illuminated by soft lights and lanterns.
