Maremma Tagliata and Ravioli Festival

From 3 to 5 July 2026, the event returns to Casale Marittimo, in the heart of the Etruscan Coast, the Maremma Tagliata and Ravioli Festival, one of the most eagerly awaited culinary events of the Tuscan summer. The event, organised by the Scuola Calcio ASD Colli Marittimi, welcomes visitors and food lovers to the picturesque Parco del Tamburello, the village’s large green space, for three evenings dedicated to the authentic flavours of Maremma tradition.

From 7.30 pm, the food stalls will open their doors to a rich culinary journey celebrating some of the most beloved specialities of Tuscan cuisine. The undisputed stars of the show will be the unmissable Maremma ravioli, prepared according to tradition and served with butter and sage or with a rich Tuscan ragù, alongside the famous beef tagliata, served in the classic style with oil, salt and rosemary or enhanced with rocket, shavings of Parmesan and balsamic vinegar.

The menu will be rounded off with other traditional specialities, such as roast beef with Tuscan salsa verde, penne with tomato sauce, wholesome side dishes and summer desserts, offering a journey through the authentic flavours of the Maremma hills.

Live music will accompany the dinners, making every evening even more enjoyable and engaging, whilst the festival bar will remain open until late in the evening so that guests can raise a glass together and prolong the convivial atmosphere.

The Maremma Tagliata and Ravioli Festival is also the perfect opportunity to visit Casale Marittimo, one of the most charming villages in the province of Pisa, strolling through its cobbled alleyways, taking in panoramic views and the landscape of the hills sloping down towards the sea.
