In the heart of the Romagna hills, Massimo, from Fattoria Ca’ Rossa, takes you on a journey through history, aromas and authentic flavours.

The tour begins amongst the vineyards, where the landscape opens up to rows of vines that bear witness to generations of passion and hard work. Here you can admire a true treasure of Romagna’s viticulture: the last Albana vine planted in 1935, considered the oldest in the region, a guardian of memory, tradition and character.

From the vineyard to the cellar, you will enter the heart of the production process, discovering the places where the wine is born, matures and takes shape. Amidst barrels, intense aromas and tales of harvests, you will experience the authentic atmosphere of our estate.

The experience culminates in a guided tasting of five wines selected from the cellar’s finest labels, paired with authentic local flavours: warm crostini with our extra virgin olive oil, selected cold cuts and cheeses with a rich, enveloping flavour.

Each glass brings out a flavour, each taste invites the next: the tenderness of the cured meats, the fragrance of oil freshly drizzled over crispbread, the savoury richness of the cheeses and the aromas of the wines blend together in an experience that captivates the senses and leaves you longing to return.

Tours take place from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, starting at 4.00 pm.
Cost of the experience: €35.00 per person.
Minimum 2 people – maximum 18 participants.
