In the charming, picturesque village of San Paolo Albanese – a community home to the Arbëreshë people, situated within the Pollino National Park – lies the delightful guesthouse Katoqi – Holiday home.

The apartment is situated in the historic centre of the small village, just 50 metres from the Museum of Arbëresh Culture. It is tastefully furnished and comprises a double bedroom with a double bed, as well as a living room featuring a sofa with a pull-out double bed.

Katoqi features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and everything needed for cooking, whilst the living area includes an LCD TV. The property has a private and independent entrance to ensure maximum privacy.
Guests are entitled to a generous Italian-style breakfast. Check-in is from 3 pm to 6 pm, whilst check-out is by 10 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed with the owner.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and pets, even small ones, are not permitted. Naturally, given the nature of this holiday home, parties or similar events cannot be organised. The owners also allow the property to be used for long stays of up to 28 days.
