Located in the historic centre of the village of San Paolo Albanese, in the heart of the Pollino National Park, La Casetta di Rosella is a comfortable holiday home featuring 3 double bedrooms, sleeping 7, ideal for families and groups of friends.

Three floors, an attic with exposed wooden beams, a spacious living room with a fireplace and kitchen, and a stone-built basement.
La Casetta offers, for self-catering and shared use, a living room furnished with a large table, sofas and a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher, including crockery and cutlery, cups and glasses, pots and pans, a coffee maker and a kettle for tea lovers. Cleaning and linen are provided.

Guests renting the entire holiday home have exclusive access to both the first floor (Fantasy double bedroom with private Skipper bathroom, living room with fireplace, two sofas and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table) and the second floor (Love double bedroom with option for a third bed, Happy double bedroom, and shared Sky bathroom).
Access to the ground floor (tavern) is not permitted.
