Of dates back to the fifteenth century houses in its interior the Museum of Peasant Life. Here you can observe the ancient work tools and rediscover the origins of Biennese culture. The mill is also supplied with a system similar to that of the hammer. The mill, an integral part of the museum system, encloses the testimonies of the peasant life of the ancient village of hammers. It is kept constantly active thanks to the presence of the Mugnaia that performs this task with the same passion that has been handed down by his ancestors. The milling offers yellow flour, white and “black” or saracena unparalleling quality for the success of the typical dishes.
