Located on the spring of the same name in the municipality of Rivodutri, the Santa Susanna mill is a water mill. The Santa Susanna springs, with their 5,000 litres of water per second, are the second largest in Europe. Grains from the Rieti and Todi areas are processed in the mill to obtain excellent flours.
