Convent of St. Anthony

Built starting from 1512, it preserves, under the arches in front of the church, frescoes by Girolamo Todisco from the 16th century, including a unicum of sacred iconography, or a Crucifixion of the Franciscan Martyrs of Japan. The church, remodeled in Baroque style in the 18th century, contains interesting paintings from the 16th century and a valuable 17th-century wooden choir. Also noteworthy is the cloister, frescoed by Todisco and, in the refectory, the Last Supper of the Pietrafesa. On the top floor there is an archaeological museum, with finds from the entire area of the river Noce (ancient Talao) and that of the Lao.
