The splendid parish church of San Pietro in Vincoli overlooks the village of Castagnole delle Lanze; it was built in 1681. Its elevated position serves to make the imposing façade, constructed around 1715 to a design by the royal architect Michelangelo Garove, appear even more majestic. Restored for the first time in 1779, the façade took on its current appearance in 1904, with some modifications to the original design.
The interior, comprising a single nave with two rows of chapels, houses important examples of 18th-century Piedmontese cabinet-making.
