Ala, the City of Velvet, hosts the Antique Piano Museum, a series of incredible piece instruments of Mozart, Schubert, Beethoven and Chopin, which are part of the private collection of Temenuschka Vesselinova.
The pianist exhibits the examples of antique pianos in the first floor halls of Palazzo de’ Pizzini, an elegant meeting point of noblemen, royals and famous personalities such as Maria Teresa d’Austria to Napoleone Bonaparte and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
Don’t miss the guided tours to the museum with live concerts the first Sunday of the month, from June to October. It is a unique opportunity to re-live antique sounds in the magic atmosphere of an ancient time. The visits, upon reservation, are organized by the Municipality of Ala.
