The splendid parish church of San Pietro in Vincoli dominates the town of Castagnole delle Lanze, built in 1681. Its "raised" position contributes to making the imposing façade even more majestic, built around 1715 on a design by the royal architect Michelangelo Garove. Restored for the first time in 1779, the façade took on its current form in 1904, with some changes on the original design.
The interior, with a single nave with two orders of chapels, preserves important examples of eighteenth-century Piedmontese cabinet-making.
