About this rental

The Residence delle Rose is located in Pieve di Tremosine on Lake Garda, in Lombardy. It offers 15 apartments equipped with every comfort (terrace or balcony, satellite TV, safe, microwave, hairdryer and covered parking space) and set amidst lush greenery.

Without having to cross any roads, you can enjoy a large swimming pool, a revitalising sauna, play tennis on one of the nine clay courts, hire a mountain bike for wonderful excursions, or take your children to the splendid playground, specially designed for them.

Furthermore, culinary specialities and excellent pizzas await you in our restaurant and pizzeria.

Half-board is also available. All this just a short walk from the centre of Pieve, where you’ll find shops, bars and restaurants, and from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Garda and its surroundings.

Ristorante Pizzeria Prese’
Within the Residence is the Ristorante Pizzeria Presè, with around 150 indoor seats and a large outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy our typical local dishes and Mediterranean cuisine, as well as meat and fish grilled over a wood fire. Over 50 different types of wood-fired pizza await you, along with a generous salad buffet and a well-stocked wine cellar. From July to September, your evenings will be enlivened by live bands playing national and international music until late into the night.

Pool & Grill Kiosk
By the pool, you will also find a fully equipped kiosk where you can enjoy quick meals, snacks, ice cream or succulent grilled dishes after a game of tennis or an invigorating swim.

Swimming Pool
Whenever you wish to alternate a hot bath with a refreshing dip, take a plunge into our cool swimming pool with hydromassage.

Wellness Area
Residence delle Rose is also delighted to offer its guests a fully equipped Wellness Area featuring a Hot Spring, a hot tub, sensory showers, a sauna and a relaxation area with a herbal tea bar.

Bike Hire
The best way to explore our local area is by bike. Our cycle paths are designed to take you to breathtaking vantage points. If you don’t have your own bike, you can make use of our hire service.

Prese’ Tennis Centre
The tennis facilities are the pride of Lake Garda, which every year becomes the favourite destination for enthusiasts of this popular sport. The Residence offers nine tennis courts, all set amidst lush greenery. What better way to enjoy nature whilst having fun? Our facility has repeatedly hosted FIT summer camps and both Italian and German national training centres: a chance for young people to come together, enjoying comprehensive sporting and educational opportunities. You will also have the chance to take part in scheduled courses with professional instructors, thanks to our partnership with the SunBall International Tennis School.
