At the Galaberna refuge we try to create the right atmosphere for you to relax in thanks to a friendly environment and a warm mountain cottage made from wood and local stone. The cuisine is typical of the mountainside and of the Occitan valleys so that you can discover the many natural characteristics of the surrounding area at the feet of mount Monviso while sat at the table. In front of the Refuge you can find The Monviso Gate, this isnìt just a tourist office and neither it is a mere shop. At the Monviso Gate not only you will find the best local products, but also books, beauty products and a few quirky souvenirs. You can pop in for advice on your excursions or to connect wifi.
