The 61st Black Celery Exhibition Market will take place in Trevi on Saturday, October 18 and Sunday, October 19, 2025, renewing one of the most anticipated events in the Umbrian autumn calendar.
At the center of the event will be the Black Celery of Trevi, a typical product of excellence, cultivated for generations according to techniques handed down over time and appreciated for its intense and aromatic flavor. The event will be flanked by the traditional Sagra del Sedano Nero e della Salsiccia (Black Celery and Sausage Festival), where local gastronomy becomes the absolute protagonist.
The streets and squares of the village will welcome local producers and food and wine stands, where you can buy freshly harvested celery and other local food products. Unmissable traditional dishes, which celebrate the encounter between celery and sausage, creating unique flavors capable of telling the culinary identity of Trevi.
