Pizzocchero d’Oro & Weekend of Taste 2025

Teglio, the heart of Valtellina and undisputed home of pizzoccheri, confirms itself as the capital of taste again this year with the return of the Pizzocchero d’Oro & Weekend del Gusto. An event that celebrates authentic cuisine and local excellence, turning September into a month of intense flavors and culinary traditions.

From September 6 to 28, 2025, every weekend the Tellini restaurants will offer special menus featuring the famous Pizzocchero from the Pizzocchero Academy, accompanied by typical dishes of the season: mushrooms, game and other Valtellina delicacies reinterpreted with creativity by the chefs.

The Pizzocchero d’Oro marks the official opening of the “Sapori d’Autunno” food festival, which was born in the 1990s thanks to the efforts of local restaurateurs and has now become a point of reference for gourmets and tourists alike.
