The event celebrates this iconic dish, recognised as a product with a municipal designation of origin, the undisputed star of a festival that brings together flavours, culture and conviviality. Pizza Chiena, rich and flavourful, embodies the history and roots of Satrianese cuisine, handed down from generation to generation.
