Masi di Cavalese Country Fair

On 30 and 31 May 2026, the eagerly awaited Masi di Cavalese Country Fair returns – one of the valley’s most popular events, combining tradition, fine food and entertainment in an authentic and convivial atmosphere.

For two days, the Masi Country Festival Hall will come alive with live music, culinary specialities and activities designed for young and old alike, attracting residents and visitors keen to spend a weekend of celebration and conviviality.

Food will take centre stage with a rich menu of traditional dishes: spit-roasted chicken, polenta and sausages, grilled pork chops, chips, fortaie and beer will accompany the evenings, alongside Trentino wine tastings organised at the traditional Alpine hut.

There will be plenty of family-friendly activities, with inflatable games, candyfloss and children’s entertainment to make the event even more engaging.

Saturday evening will be enlivened by the energy of the Spritz Band, ready to get the crowd dancing until late into the night, whilst on Sunday the festivities will continue with the music and cheerfulness of the Tirock Band.

The Country Fair is one of the local community’s most cherished traditions, made possible each year thanks to the dedication of volunteers who keep alive a historic event much loved by both locals and tourists.
