His Majesty the Truffle is the event that every year, in Brisighella, celebrates the undisputed king of the autumn table. In the picturesque setting of the medieval village, among the most beautiful in Italy and awarded the Orange Flag of the Italian Touring Club, the appointment is set for Sunday, November 23, 2025, when the streets of the historic center will be filled with the unmistakable scents of this prized tuber.
The protagonists are the truffles of the Lamone Valley, the fruit of the expert search of local truffle hunters:
During the day, it will be possible to buy fresh truffles at the stalls set up in the village and, above all, to savor them in delicious recipes offered in the restaurants and food stands: from handmade tagliatelle to traditional appetizers, every dish will be enriched by the unique aroma of His Majesty the Truffle.
