Barga in Chocolate 2025

From December 6 to 8, 2025, the charming historic center of Barga will be transformed into an authentic paradise for cocoa lovers with the 19th edition of Barga in Chocolate. For three days, among the medieval streets and squares of the village, the scent of chocolate will accompany visitors and families in an all-Christmas atmosphere, full of lights, sounds and animations.

The stands and “stores” set up along the route will offer the best of Italian artisanal chocolatiers, from fine bars to filled chocolates, from spreadable creams to chocolate sculptures, not forgetting the irresistible steaming hot chocolate, perfect for warming up on winter days.

The festival is not only about taste, but also about entertainment:

• The Befana of Barga will meet children to collect their little letters.
• Cocoa workshops and educational activities designed for the little ones.
• Themed shows and animations, including Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
• Craft and Christmas markets with typical products, gift ideas and decorations.
• Live music and festive atmosphere that will make every moment unique.

The event will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., with a program that combines tradition, fun and sweetness.
