Christmas in Baroque Palaces 2025

In the “Velvet City” of Ala, Trentino, visitors are once again enchanted with one of the most evocative events of the Christmas season: Christmas in Baroque Palaces. From Nov. 29 to Dec. 21, 2025, the city that welcomed the young Mozart will dress up in lights, music and an atmosphere of yesteryear, opening the doors of its sumptuous Baroque palaces for a unique experience.

Strolling through the streets of the historic center, visitors will be greeted by traveling shows, concerts in the noble halls, art exhibitions and fascinating guided tours by lantern light, with guides in 18th-century costumes telling the history and secrets of Ala. The little ones will be the real protagonists: creative workshops, animated readings, games, theater performances and sweet snacks inside the palaces will offer moments of joy and sharing.

The experience will be enriched by food and wine tastings in the elegant halls, where it will be possible to enjoy wines from local wineries and typical local products. There will be no shortage of strolling delicacies to accompany the discovery of the village dressed up.
