This private cooking class on a Chianti farm is designed for those who want to truly connect with the soul of Tuscany. The experience begins with a welcome from your host, guardian of recipes handed down from generation to generation, who will guide you step by step in the preparation of typical Tuscan dishes.
During the lesson, you will learn how to make fresh handmade pasta, prepare traditional sauces with seasonal ingredients and cook simple but historically rich desserts, following authentic techniques and practical tips that you can replicate at home. Each stage is a moment of discovery: from the choice of ingredients to the preparation of the dough, right down to the attention to detail that makes a dish truly special.
