From 31 July to 4 August 2026, Agliè once again comes alive with the atmosphere of Agliè Tre Ciochè, the traditional summer festival which, for five days, brings Via Cascine Ciarlin to life with music, culinary specialities, shows and moments of conviviality. With free entry, the event is one of the most eagerly awaited highlights of the Canavese summer, bringing together residents and visitors alike for a packed programme of entertainment designed for all ages.

Every evening, the food stall opens, where you can enjoy grilled meats, starters and a different speciality prepared especially for the occasion. It kicks off on 31 July with the much-anticipated fried fish, followed on 1 August by Valencian paella, prepared in collaboration with 24 Ore Alladiese. 2 August will be dedicated to Piedmontese mixed fried fish, whilst on 3 August the highlights will be the Argentine asado and the Argentino Beer Festival, organised in collaboration with Fabio l’Argentino. The event will draw to a close on 4 August with the delicious Emilian tigelle and gnocco fritto, taking visitors on a journey through the flavours of various culinary traditions.

Music provides the backdrop to every evening with concerts and live performances. The programme features the Loris Gallo Orchestra, the captivating show by 80 Voglia d’Italia, a dance evening with Sonia De Castelli, a live performance by the band Explosion and the grand finale with Megamixmania ’90 and 2000 alongside Just4Deejays, offering a programme sure to delight fans of dancing, live music and classic hits.

There is no shortage of activities dedicated to fun and tradition. During the event, there will be table football tournaments and bocce competitions, whilst on 2 August, to mark the Feast of Our Lady of the Snows, there will be a Solemn Mass at the Santuario dei Tre Ciochè, a procession accompanied by the Santa Cecilia Band of Agliè, and the traditional community lunch. The same day also features performances by the Tecchio Danza dance school and the Kaboom Act aerial acrobatics school, which further enrich the programme with shows for both adults and children.

The Aperol Spritz Party is also back every evening to welcome the public – the perfect way to kick off the festivities in a convivial atmosphere before dinner and the shows. With music, good food, entertainment and religious traditions, Agliè Tre Ciochè successfully combines the folk character of a village festival with a rich and varied programme, showcasing the local area and creating an opportunity for the whole community to come together.

Taking part in Agliè Tre Ciochè means enjoying five evenings of hospitality, fine cuisine and fun, whilst discovering the charm of Agliè – one of the most picturesque villages in the Canavese – in an authentic and festive atmosphere that attracts numerous visitors every summer.
