CasteldelGiudice Buskers Festival

The CasteldelGiudice Buskers Festival is the annual event that transforms the Molise village of Castel del Giudice into a vast open-air stage, dedicated to street art and its myriad forms. Now in its eleventh year, the festival attracts artists from various countries around the world: musicians, acrobats, jugglers, dancers, actors and performers who, with their talent, bring the village’s streets and squares to life, inspiring wonder and amazement among the audience.

The programme features a succession of juggling acts, breathtaking acrobatics, roaming street band concerts, engaging dances and interactive shows that captivate young and old alike. There is no shortage of creative workshops, traditional games for children and a dedicated street food area, with food stalls showcasing the authentic flavours of the region, from Molise specialities to local artisan products.

Organised by the Municipality and the Pro Loco of Castel del Giudice, the festival is an integral part of the cultural project “Castel del Giudice Centre for the (Re)Generation of the Apennines”, winner of the PNRR Villages Call for Proposals, and represents one of the main international events dedicated to street art in Molise.

A unique experience, bringing together art, community and sustainable tourism, which confirms Castel del Giudice as a cultural and innovative hub for the inland areas of the Apennines.
