After the visit, the most exciting moment: an aperitif at sunset on the Guelph battlements of the castle, overlooking the Mugello valley. From the walkway, as the sun sets behind the Calvana mountain range, you can enjoy an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, where art, nature, and human labor come together in an experience of authentic well-being.

The aperitif is a true celebration of the territory, with Slow Food selected zero km products, prepared according to Tuscan tradition.
